Platform terms

TaskLink is an advertising and introduction service. It does not select participants, participate in task agreements, determine prices, confirm that work occurred, process task payments, or act as a party to the task or an employment agency.

Who may use TaskLink

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and use the service only for lawful work.

User responsibilities

Describe advertisements honestly and check the other person. Users independently agree all scope, contract, price, payment, tax, insurance and legal requirements outside TaskLink. Never request unsafe, discriminatory or unlicensed work.

Safety and enforcement

TaskLink may screen content, remove listings or messages, limit accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful authorities. Automated screening can make mistakes; reports may receive human review.

Access fees and user agreements

TaskLink may charge a fixed fee for advertising or contact access. This is payment for TaskLink access only and is unrelated to any task value. TaskLink does not request, structure, calculate, or use final task prices, hold task funds, guarantee performance, or resolve private contractual disputes. Users control message text and must not use TaskLink chat to conclude or document their independent contract or price.
